Good the first photo belongs to an Udaletxea (Basque City Hall) located in South Basque Country. In the town of Lazkao, Guipuscoa province.

The second as N1_2888 has said, belongs to the Hauptbahnhof Leipzig (Main Train Station of Leipzig) in Saxony, Germany.
