Help me! I'm such a *****!

I downloaded a program (SC4 TerraFormer) to help me terraform whole regions at once, but I don't know how to use it. I downloaded it and unzipped it.

Now what do I do? I tried looking around but there was nothing to help me understand how to use it or I couldn't understand/pay attention.

I feel like such a *****, lol. There are probably instructions written right in front of me some where.

try finding an .exe file, and clicking on it, or mabye there is an installer. but its pretty much easy to use once you get into it.

There's no installer, just click on the button that looks like a landscape and says "SC4 Terraformer" and double click that. You should be able to edit existing regions or create new one's from there.
