SimCity Societies realising the reaction on simtropolis website

When i heard about scs i  was like every one on Simtropolis,But when i realize that part of the game is not to bad at lest even knowing my self is a old school player i gave been playing SimCity since 1994 that is a long time of game play.Does any one in Simtropolis remember when SimCity 4 came out five years a go every ong was the same thing about SimCity 4 it's like every one was just bashing the game and critasieing as well.But over time people just acrept tthe game.

I don't agree. I found the first SC4 screenshots very inviting. I immediately saw more realism, nightlights, regions... and I can go further.  I immediately imagined a brand-new city concept. Same thing when Rush Hour came out and now more than ever with the only 2 shots of Cities Unlimited.

SCS doesn't attract me like SC4 did. What I've seen in its old screenshots it's almost the same in what I see now in the new. Less transports, no regions, ugly buildings... and I stop here.

Of course this is just my humble opinion and I welcome yours anyway, but I think that many members here at ST would agree with me.

The whole reason I bought SC4 was for the complexety of the game. Transit networks, buildings, Disasters, etc. SCS is too simple, so it is not as fun.

I have a mac, and I am not even sure they will port SCS to macintosh, because the game does not sound very poular among most people on simtropolis.

I dont think this is the sim city 5 ive been waiting for.

SC4 was very ordinary when it came out.

Rush Hour added a lot, but the real reason the game has continued for so long is the modding community  (what?  only 100 cars/day on that street?!?  SIF!)

I think it will be a good game, not as complicated as SC4 but perhaps more 'fun' to play (depending on your definition of fun)
