Welcome to Simtropolis!

You might want to check out the STEX (Simtropolis Exchange).  There are tons of buildings you can download for your cities' industrial areas, really good ones too. I recommend all those factories on the STEX by "gascooker". He has made some really nice factories and warehouses!

Why do you want to use a floppy?  If you are downloading off your play site, find a machine that will accommodate a DVD-RW.  If you can't get your stuff on that, I would be surprised.
