Niagara Falls/Water Level

Hi,

Sorry if this seems to be a stupid question, but I'm just wondering if it's possible to create a Niagara region with the different water level?

I'm pretty new to creating regions from scratch, and would like to create one for my hometown.

MallowtheCloud made several height mods for rendering the regions, but I am not sure any of them would get you the level you are looking for.

If you mean water courses on 2 levels it cant be done as far as I am aware you will need to use plopable water tiles for the higher elevation to make the falls look realistic and thats a city only tool.
