What not to download or install if........

I just re-formatted my hard drive so I'm taking this opportunity to restart my Sim City fresh with minimal clutter in my plugins folder. Prior to re-formatting I had about 3 years of accumulation in my plugins folders from downloading various mods. I'm about to install the new NAMJune2007 and I was wondering if I still need to download the "road top mass transit mod" etc. etc. I assume that the NAM includes many mods from the past...am I wrong? I just don't want to have duplicates of anything in my folders and make sure my Sim City is clean. Is there a list of associated files in relation to mods such as the NAM?

Mr. Maison,

The NAM does not include Lots so you will have to download the "road mass transit mod" that you speak of, plus any other bus stops, rail stations, elevated rail stations, and GLR stations that you were using before the reformat. The NAM has never had Lots in it and never will. It is the NAM policy to keep the station lots outside of the NAM files.

Someone told me it doesn't matter how much stuff you have in there, it just matters if one of the things in your folder makes the game crash and then you have to "strip" the whole folder.
