What is the difference in impact between a university and a college?  When is it best to place a university, college, or both?

The "U' has a higher EQ boost, 30, compared to 24 for the college.  The "U" is a reward, where you can plop the college at anytime.  The age groups are a bit different.

The U has a landmark effect.  And higher demand created.  Mostly minor things.

You could start with the college, then if you have the room, later on use the university.  That's the biggest problem with the U, is the amount of space it takes up.  It's sometimes hard to find a space for it in a small city.

I tend to get universities in my cities long before I even consider a college. Usually I'll just build the university, slash the funding, and gradually raise it as the city grows.
