well Newark isnt all that bad. It is still pretty bad though. You just have to know where to go, and where to stay in Newark. Trust me ive been there. I live in Jersey not far from Newark, the best thing there is probalbly NJIT an university for technology and architecture and other stuff too. Which is a pretty good college. But I really dont know about Winnepeg so my vote belongs to Winnepeg because I already know too much about Newark and want to stand for it!

Wow... weird and neat comparision, considering I was going to start BATting Winnipeg buildings again...

What made you come up with the idea to compare these two cities?

Anyways, my vote is with my hometown Winnipeg... lots of greenery and it is the largest city in the Manitoba area (Newark has NYC in its metropolitan area).  Furthermore, we have pretty good city planning skills and potential in our City Hall.

I don't think the 'Peg is a good comparison for Newark. Maybe Hamilton or Oshawa would be a better fit, they both seem closer to what Newark is in the States.
