How do I build a seaport?

Hello! I recommend the content on Somy's site (Japanese but there are links) i don't know the address but it's on this forum somewhere.

    I've gotten that. I'm more talking about not necessarily using an individual seaport to make up a complex, but using a different way to have ships in dock, and seaport layouts. Also BATs. Are there any new ships I could get other than all of Fukuda's?

    There are some ferries at Simphoni I believe...not sure though.
