Thanks guys. That makes 3 for fancy, so that means fancy is in the lead! How the building'll be themed will be decided 2 days from now. To give you guys an idea on the progress, here is a picture. Of a box.

Here's another update of my progression. Currently I'm just working on modeling, and I've gotten far in the last 45 minutes. Anyway, here's what I've done:

-Added stairway extension

-Added roof

-Created frame for stairway extension

-Popped holes for windows and main entrance

-Made building hollow for interior

 Now, here's what I need to do:

-Texture everything

-Create interior

-Create exterior details

-Create doors

-Create windows

-Create medic sign

-Export

-Choose building values

-Create and Edit Lot

-Correct Size

-Test in game

In other news, when I put in the theme, it will be themed like that mildly. So, say run down wins. I'd make it so that the building is made from brick, has a shingling roof, and the stairway extension would be made from wood, and the interior would have some cheap kitchen tile, etc. So really, how this building is done is controlled by YOU. 

Explanation for lack of being dead on to the plan: Well, now that I looked at the plans, they'd be in favour of the poor idea, so I changed some of the minor parts so it could be more universal.

Well, really I can't do much until those votes are out... which can really suck sometimes. So, anyway, here's a mini-update of how I'm doing. Now, I've added the windows and I've added the signs.

And now, without further ado, I give:

Good progress so far. 

You've already designed the hospital though, I don't understand what the poll is for.  The design you've made is not highly modern, fancy, futuristic, kiddy, or haunted.  It could be poor looking if you wanted it to be, but to me, it just looks nice an average building.

That's only the BASIC design of the building. The way the extras look and the textures are designed really determine it. Here's what I mean:

Say futuristic wins. That means the building will be made from metal, The stair way section will be replaced by a teleporter section, and maybe even a surgery droid outside. It's only the extras and textures that theme it.

Did you add the UVW Map modifier?

Also, it's very important not to judge things by what you see in the viewport. Judge things by the preview renders, those are what the building actually looks like.

Well, I checked the render and there was no texture at all! Well, nevermind about that, 'cause I redid the roof, and it fixed itself. I think I should answer your replies now.

Mómó- No, not really, but anyway, that issue's been fixed. I just redid the entire roof.

Jasoncw- Very true... There was no texture at all in the render! Strange, eh?

yes please post preview renders, veiwport pics from GMAX dont help much. good modeling, i dont think you should add a theme, i think it would be best to make it a typical hospitol, like what youve got now.

If the texture is not showing up on the render, try adding a uvw map.  uvw maps control how the textures are spread across the objects.

Hey, I'm BACK! Sorry, for taking such a long, long, long (you get the point) break. I guess real life got into my puny little brain. Anyway, BACK ON TOPIC. (Muahahahaha.)

So in this time, I'll state something important about my BATs. They're going to STAY BATs. I'm not saying I'm giving up (Don't worry, I don't give up...much.), I'm just going to upload them as BATs. Anyway, that means that I'm going to be allowing anyone to make place it in a lot. You don't even have to say I did it. Really. Anyway, I've made tiny increments in progress here, which I'll post pretty soon. Tomorrow, hopefully. We'll see. Anyway, keep looking out for updates here!

p.s if you leave them as BATs you have to upload them to the STEX as 3ds. Models
