You need the "SC4update4BAT.exe" file.

You can get it at simcity.ea.com, if you register.

Edit:  I thought it was on Zelgadis's web site too, but I don't see it.  The file size is 14.4 MB.

I think the Mac version has a problem with the nightlights, so maybe that is why it's not included.
