Odd Streets

In the screenshots in the Exchange, I have noticed some odd-looking streets that I have never seen before. They look similar to the one-way streets without the arrows, but they aren't the one-way streets because in many of the screenshots, vehicles appear to be going in both directions. I have looked all over the mod section and looked for alternate street textures, but I found none. I attached a picture from a screenshot of what these roads look like. I have also noticed other streets that seem to have dashed yellow lines. Are these found in a mod I haven't yet discovered, or are they possibly what British roads look like?

they are part of the RHW (Rural Highway Mod) and are an optional textur overlay that can be downloaded.

I'm pretty sure those are Euro road textures.

Those are the Euro road textures. No idea where you can get them. I used to have a copy, but can't seem to find it anymore.
