Texture related problem..or is it? I'm confused..

4 issues, none of the buildings appear to have full textures, including in the game buildings AND* custom built ones. Those houses you see, weren't being built while I took this, they appeared as this and never changed, even as I pushed foward into time.. I just re-installed sim city 4 today becuase my computer is finnaly able to "take it" in a sense. LOL. Kidding, Kidding. But anyway's what should I do?

What version of the game are you using, Basic, Rush Hour/Deluxe?

If you just reinstalled, did you install the updates, one for the game, and one for the BAT?

Looks like your "City Detail" settings are set to "Low", which is done by the patches. Set it to "High" and see if that fixes the problems.
