Request / Help needed

First of all... ive used search until im blue in the face but still cant find what I need. So maybe im not using the correct terms to get the exact results.... but after two weeks I am forced to post a thread about this.

1)  Where can I find GREAT ploppable water and flora ? Ive downloaded some jeroniji stuff because I know he does great things... but even his stuff is not sufficient for creating some of the wonderful small ponds ive seen in many CJ's. Most of the nicer ones have a variety of grass and bushes that hide the edges of the plopped water. Where can I find such grass, logs, rocks and bushes ???

2a) - Part A.....  When I create terrains.. anything more than about 50 ft above sea level turns to that default brown, grassless texture. What texture / landscape mod is it that so many people are using where they always have nice green grass even on the higher elevations ?? I'm sure there are several... but which is most common and easiest to install ?? I know I've heard alot about the "Columbus terrain mod" but Ive never acutally found it... so could that be what I am looking for or not ? I can find extra textures for it... but not the actual mod.

2b) - Part B ..... When I see people using the mod as mentioned above... the pictures usually also have VERY VERY tall trees on the mountainside and throughout their cities. Where could I find these types of trees for mayor mode or god mode?

3) - Industry quadrupler.. I cant find it. I can find 2x, 40x and 80x... but not 4x.

>>> Any SPECIFIC names or SPECIFIC links would be appreciated. General suggestions won't do me much good because Ive already been searching BSC and STEX. I need to know exactly where to find things similar to my descriptions above.

There are many different terrinam mods avaiable for the game, they are all on the stex. If you want to change the defult brown cliffs, you can use a rock mod, and if you want to cahnge the entire terrain, you can use a terrain mod. Just search for "rock mod" or "terrain mod" on the stex. You can search from here

hello my friend mine is the top pic and im using the cp olympic terrain mod and cp trees and cycledoggs trees,jeronij trees in fact i have a few trees from different people,also im using pegs brigantine water mod and pegs basalt rock mod,if you need further help you can pm me 

you might find some of these on the stex just type in cp or pegs,or flora,otherwise you will find them on devotion site or pegs site
