Now this is a surprise! A new Nation right on top of my Sakhaliyan head! I guess all those poor Siberian's need a place to stay... you can have them!!! The health services can't cope with the amount fo Radiation related illnesses they have.

Anyway... i'll make sure to build some nice minefields along our borders... just in case
