Help! Can't destroy a building!

I recently came back to SC4 from a long break. Yesterday I created an industrial area, but I had to destroy a few things when this damn avenue bus/subway station would not go away! I tried bulldozing, dezoning, raising or lowering the land, setting it on fire, and more.. with no success. Here is a screenshot of the thing that just won't go away no matter what! 62pmlfm.png Has anyone ever had a similar problem? Is there a way to remove it? Do I just have to work around it and make the area a forest to hide it? Thanks for any help or advice. Deleting the city and starting over is not an option 2.gif

I've had this same problem several times.  I don't know how to get rid of it, but I have noticed that it only happens sometimes and it doesn't happen to the same buildings.  I think it is a glich when the map loads.  If I exit the game completely and then go back into it and play another map before the one with the messed up buildings, then the buildings are there and are able to be destroyed.

It doesn't happen alot but it is annoying, so far everytime it happens it goes away on it's own.

Did you place a pedestrian mall space on that lot? For some reason you can't destroy it when that happens.

I have exited the game and loaded again, went to other regions and back several times. Still hasn't gone away.

Nope. I just placed the bus/subway stop there. One thing I did notice was there was another bus/subway stop in the area, next to one of those white buildings that look like an insect. When I would query that bus stop, it would load up the query box of the insect building. I don't know if I deleted the bus stop or the building or both or if I dezoned or wahtever, but I got rid of them. Then I noticed the bus stop in question was next to one of those insect buildings too, so I queried and sure enough it gave me information about the building not the bus stop. I don't know what I did when I tried destroying it, but I know it wasn't the same as the first time because the bus stop wouldn't go away. Oh well, I think I will just end up having a "green area" here. 4.gif

Sometimes it works to plop the same lot next to that lot, then bulldoze both of them at once. The next thing to try is plopping the lot on all sides, and again bulldozing the entire mess at one time.
