Rush Hour Not Loading

I was wondering if someone could help. I asked a few weeks ago, but my computer was in the shop for awhile.

When I load Rush Hour, there's that picture of the bridge, and then nothing but black and an arrow.

My version is 1.1.610.0

With Rush Hour and Deluxe it seems like that it the normal "loading screen". I have deluxe, and it does the same thing, but always shows up in the game. Does it stay black and an arrow for to long? If yes, maybe your plugins folder is a bit large. If it never reaches the game, that could be a problem. Anyways, try loading again and it'll probably start the game if you wait a bit.

I am not sure what the exact problem is, but you have not updated your game. There are some reasons to do that.

this usually happens with a large plugin folder size. my game takes 5 minutes from the bridge pic to load. if not the case, try doing as above. if not fixed by this, make back up copys of your SC4 cities/regions u wanna save, and re-install, after get the patch.

"Still not working" doesn't describe what the problems are. What did you have the computer in the shop for? What are the spec's for the computer? What operating system are you using? What did you do before it quit working? What things have you tried to find out what the problem is?

Without the symptoms, the nature of the problem can't be diagnosed.
