Downloaded the patch and installed it. Still not working

Where can I get the patch?

I was wondering if someone could help. I asked a few weeks ago, but my computer was in the shop for awhile. When I load Rush Hour, there's that picture of the bridge, and then nothing but black and an arrow. My version is 1.1.610.0

Also, Windows XP Rush Hour And I can't find the .exe anywhere. At least on the Rush Hour disk, i'll have to look around for the original install disc.

Yeah, the main mouse cursor arrow. My apologies for the confusion.

The arrow seems like it's having seizures. How do I fix it?

Overall 9.8/10 I would have given it a 10 if it weren't for the awkwardness of the helicopter in the U Drive It mode. It's about time they brought back the personal touches, I was getting nostalgic for SC2K.
