My favorite of all of these would be Wheels of Progress.  Actually, songs 27-31 are all my favorite.  In fact, I listen to then while doing my homework.

I am so happy you asked this question. First of all I am a huge HUGE fan of Most Haunted. I did not know that the Terrain music is THE theme tune to Most Haunted. That is really creepy (pun) because what are the chances of that tune playing in the game and on a TV show??

i like them all but after years of listening to them all over and over again it becomes like, blah! so i listen to the radio. anyway my favourite are the 1,2,9 and the bottom half lol.

Anyways, I'm a huge fan of the SC4 Music. My favorites are Terrain, By The Bay, EpiCenter, ElectriCITY, Rush Hour and Street Sweeper. I also really like Above the Clouds, Shape Shifter, and Parallel View. The only one I don't like out of all of them is Primordial Dream.

Once I took the c.d.'s with this music to the director of a play I was in to see if she wanted to use any of it. She did. I died to Terrain...it was awesome! I'm also certain that I've heard the first part of Terrain being played on that show "Man vs. Wild." But yeah, Jerry Martin's a genius. (I also like the build music to the first Sims series, and the music from RCT 3. All of them are on my iTunes player).

Street Sweeper! Such a happy little song. It's one of those classic SimCity songs, like the one in SC2000 when the year was up and you got the funds thing pop up.

Ah, "Above the Clouds" brings back so many memories of farmland, no plugins, and small cities... It's also my favorite song!

Um, I joined this forum just tonight for the sole purpose of finding out anything about what other fans of SC4 thought about the music and I find THIS thread?  Excellent!

Please help.  After extracting the MP3s from the CD I found not 34, but 35 titles.  Maybe one of you could point me to where I could get the actual names that Ramont has.

The one that's missing from the list in Ramont's post is "Shape Shifter".

You can find a list of songs on the SC4 official site...except "Area 52" is called "Bombay" on there. What I had to do was write down all the song titles in the game along with little notes about distinguishing features of each song. There may be an easier way...but I don't know it.

Forgive me, but I've just spent half an hour on the "official" site and other than a nice feature about hiring a Czech orchestra for 11 songs on "Rush Hour", I cannot find the list of music.

Could you help a new guy out and give some newby-specific info?

Sorry to be a bother, but I'd really like to know the real list of music on SC4.  (My version is the so-called "SIM CITY 4 DELUXE EDITION" which apparently has the "Rush Hour" part already on the CDs.

Ahh...you're right! There's only Rush Hour music on there, sorry about that. So I guess the only official place to find the names of the songs would be within the game itself...
