Region Night view

Is it possible for someone to make a mod that lets us see our regions at night time from the region view?

Any facts or yes or no answers would be appreciated.

This would really help people and make CJ's look much better.

It might be possible by editing how the game save the city images, but I doubt it. My suggestion would be to go to the farthest out zoom level and take pictures of the city, then put them together with an image editing program.

These kinds of things are in code.  You would have to change the way snapshots are stored, and remember that each one is stopped at a different time.  I doubt it would be possible to do with the night lights showing.
