    I think another simcity can be made, but you couldn't sell it commercialy because of copyright laws, and you couldn't get any technical support of any kind, and it could have alot ofo bugs, just leave it up to the game programmers to come up with the games!! we will come up with the custom content

    1. No.  Because you can't call it SimCity.  This is copyrighted.
    2. Yes, but with a new name.  It would be a lot of work.  It could be done by setting up a development committee over the internet reporting to one person, as the DARPAnet was done.  It would probably take five to ten years.
