Need Help!

Okay guys, I have a problem in a city that I hav. After i downloaded a lot of nice commerical sky-scrapers, I opened simcity 4 and I opened that city. After I hit the fast-forward button, I see all of my residential sky-scrapers hav the no job symbols on top of them. The weird thing is,  I hav like 50 commerical sky-scrapers right by them and they still dont go into them for jobs. I dont get it. Is it like a screwed up plug-in folder again or something?!? Can anyone help?

The problem could be that the Commercial sky skrapers are all CO$$ or CO$$$, which most of them are.  If you look at your RCI those two bars are probably bottomed out.  So you would just need to zone what ever has a high demand.  I have a lot of downloaded skyskrapers in my city and thay all work.  Ussually when they have the no job symbol, its because of industry.  And there is a couple mods you can use to help you with that, like industry quadruplier, or the air cleaner that is availible in the extange under parks.  Then you can put industry where ever with out worry about pollution.

Something is very weird. When I start a city, I zone some space for residential. When they move in, they are all $$$. But, the houses go on and off from being abanded to being okay. Also. my avenue is constantly changing, is there something wrong with my game?
