Plugin Manager problems

    In the Plugin Manager, I have problems with "Error loading Properties.XML file", and I tried moving PM between My Documents,
    the Simcity 4 Deluxe and the Apps folder in the SC4 folder. Is there a way to correct this, or am I missing something?

    > I have Properties.XML in another folder, but it doesn't matter what folder either PM or XML are in.

    I'm sorry, I don't know how to work these forums, this is only the third topic, and the other two had no replies.

    This one had trouble posting up, so I kept pushing the "Post Message" button until it finally loaded, and I must've

    been too impatient and the board appeared roughly 20 different times.
