downloadin BSC tools

Hi all,

I am new in simtropolis, and maybe for that, I have some problems...

I downloaded the BSC Waste To Energy Plant, I installed it, and it seems to work, but when I use the question mark on an old normal Waste to energy plant, I get an error.

I checked, and I saw that there are two packs to install, together this one:

BSC Essentials Files

BSC Texture MEGA Pack

But I can  not download them, because they are locked. Is it normal? Is there the possibility that these two packages are available in some days?

Is there a reason they are locked here? I know where to get them, but i think it's detrimental to the community since not everyone does.

Yeah I have some issues with the locking policy as well as I download some trees but cannot get all the files needed because they are only available on the STEX and there is nothing wrong with the downloads so why are they locked? Its just a question?

They're locked because those who made them requested they be locked.

Most of their stuff can be found on the SC4 Devotion LEX nowadays...you may be able to find some of what you're looking for there.
