On your shortcut to the game, add in to the target line

"-intro:off"

That "EA Games. Challenge everything" noise takes my mood down like nothing else.

There were times when I bashed my head on the table and pulled my hairs after I heard that. That much annoyance a good old corporate advertisement can be. :|
