Oh thats how they were able to do it. Now that makes perfect sense, and isn't really a bug then. Just feature that was made on purpose that was...until recently (well, now that its been out for a while and discovered a while ago, not so recently) overlooked.

In case you are wondering, nope, still don't have Rush Hour. This is why I still didn't know how the onramp thing is done. I hope to get it within the next month or so (try Thanksgiving when I go back home from college).

Be careful with using avenue onramps on diagonal highway stretches. Innumerable bugs are associated with that, and even though the7trumpets of the modd squad has been on it, he isn't God and there is still stuff to do. Hopefully Maxis will release a patch to sort out their mess.
