Can anyone help?

Okay, it is weird. After I downloaded alot of Commerical Skyscrapers, I go into Simcity 4 and I go into onto one of my big cities. (Pop.600,000) Immidiently after it loads, my computer exits Simcity and I got returned back to my desktop. Does anyone know what is wrong with my computer or with the game?

sounds like you got a bum plugin.  This happened to me a while back, I restored the city and plugins folder from backup and it worked again, but I had to carefully test plug-ins from then on. 

Unfortunately, it eneded up happening again (when I removed a plugin from the folder without first deleting it in the city) this f-ed things up irrepairably, and I had to delete the city (which was my downtow) and start over.  Inevitably I started the whole region over.

Sorry for the bad news, but if you don't have a back-up then there's no easy way to trouble shoot a "crash to desktop/"

try to remove that Commercial Skyscrapers from your plugin folder...... try it first before you delete your city....

if after removing that file your city can load, so the problem is the file that you've downloaded......

Do you mean that I have to copy all the files in the plugins folder, and put it somewhere else and then delete everything in the plug ins folder?
