Los Angeles: Park Fifth Tower

You know, this maybe only just the beginning of the largest downtown high-rise boom in Los Angeles history, but don't any of you guys here on Simtropolis think that this is a possibly a little early exageration for the City of Angels?

I'm surpised there is still land available in LA; it's just one big developed megalopolis mess.

    There's still a whole desert basin of plenty of space left beyond Palmdale towards California City and Barstow.
    I've been doing some research and found that parking lots throughout L.A. are pretty soon going to be transformed into underground parking structures to make way for mid-rise and high-rise construction projects above ground

    Yeah, I'd like to see some pictures. LA hasn't seen any new high rises to stand out in the skyline in quite a while.

    One reason why Simtropolis isn't aware of this project is because it hasn't been shown in Skyscraperpage or Emporis.
