Switch to UK roads

Is there any way of switching the roads to drive on the left? (Does that sentence make any sense??) I'm in the UK and would like my roads to be UK-style...

well no, the left-hand thing in the nam is if you already have a uk version/left-hand drive game, not to switch it if you're on right-hand and don't like it. and the one in the mod section is an exe file which even after juicing doesnae work on a mac (or mine at least. i tried many permutations before posting, trust me.)
