saw this on a different forum and though i'd share it with you guys:

http://www.instructables.com/id/EM1O9XJF0YPF7M5/?ALLSTEPS

An individual has figured out a way to turn a dead mouse(the kind you buy to feed pet snakes) into a computer mouse and posted it on the internet.

I've cleaned animals before, so it doesnt bother me, though I probably wouldnt want to make one because I would imagine that eventually the fur would start to come out and of course my dog would want to eat it

here's a pic of the final project from the site

Crazy eh? reminds me of a armadillo handbasket my great-grandmother made a long time ago

But is it optical or do you have to use a ball?

That's the weirdest thing I've seen for a computer so far...

...if I had one of those, I'd problobly not be able to use it because I'd fear of breaking it...or getting sweat all over the fur...which would make that mouse smell terrible. And the other thing is my cat would attempt to eat or kill it....

...at first I was thinking this was a mouse operating a cursor with thoughts...

You do realize that it is the carcase of a preserved mouse that used to be alive?  Sick!

Not everyone is bothered by animal carcasses. There's a reason why taxidermy still exists. 3.gif
