Need Registration Help

    I registered my copy of Sim City 4 deulexe and was told that i would receive an account activation email that would activate my account. This Email was never sent to me and i cant log into my account at the website. What should I do?

    Just letting you know that you aren't the only one with this problem. I haven't been able to get the confirmation email either.

    Sadly maxis don't really maintain the sc4 fan site anymore...everyone has problems with the activation email. There are quite a few threads about on this topic, so if you use the search feature in the forums you may be able to find a solution from among the many, many posts about it.

    One of the problems with the reflexive e-mails is the paranoia of the "free" e-mail providers.  If you are using hotmail or gmail or yahoo mail, check your spam or junk boxes.  These service often block an e-mail from a site you are currently on.
