I needan additional University

I have a city (pop 1.8m) and the university is FULL (stike constantly in  progress }

I have increased budget to max and ideally need to add a further university but canna.

I have never used add-ins so would appreciate some advice.

You can download a few Universities off the STEX. There is a really good one by simgoober and a lot of others. I don't think the game allows you to build more then one so you might have to DL some here.

Is there a cheat that can enable multiple reward buildings? (not just universitys... anyway)

but with don't deserve it you can't earn the rewards two times, aren't you?

Press ctrl and then x, demolish the uni. Go to your rewards menu and select the university, however when you are about to plop it hold down the right mouse button and after the first plop you should be able to plop a second one. Now the trick or cheat with this is that if you demolish your second university you can repeat the process so realistically you could end up plopping as many rewards as you want. Thing is though that even with city populations of 1.5m and over I have not had overcrowding at my universitys so it may be worthwhile looking at the your population age graph? or maybe my sims are just too lazy to study lol.

there are some really small univarsitys on the stex if you put them togethar with high school library and elementary you can get the apperance of a LARGE campus, stadiums never hurt either, besides you also get to use ur creativity and you dont have to feel bad about cheating

you can also download the reward mod by raphaelninja here.  This modd allows you to unlock all rewards and place each one multiple times.
