The Made-Up Word Dictionary Game!

Hi everyone, I just had an idea that popped into my head for a game, and it's as simple as this:

JUST MAKE UP A NEW WORD! ...and define it...

There are no rules, except no dirty make-believe words, and the double post rule thingy. All you have to do is make up a new word, and then define it. Okay then....

I'll start: 

Perpenshmiggy- some guy at the bus station who gives you the "what are you looking at?" face.

Vanalance: It has the same meaning as Humanity, only without the reference to humans.
