There is both a 3x2 and a 2x2 lot in the set I referenced. They are called "Small Rural Parking Lots," but there are large urban ones in the set. You can always delete the ones other than the 3x2 if you want to.

And, if you really don't like that set, just search the STEX for "parking lots" and other sets will come up.

i really appreciate it...  but its not what im looking for,, i have these tools already and if i am not mistaken it is called lot information generator.. the output is automatic and can be viewable as a HTM format.

It is called the *Reader*  or * SC4Tool*. It's either one of them.

Click on top of this page on Modds and downloads, then on categories on the left click on programs and choose what you need there.

Thanx Graeme but I think those are just eyecandy. I think they are not actually a replace for maxis default pylons......I'm sure there are functional power pylons somewhere I had them but I lost everything with a virus and I can't find them anymore.... Somebody, any idea? Graeme, thanx anyway!
