Tell me what you think. Anyone know some good bats?

I could have sworn I downloaded the map from the stex, however, I cannot find it now, and I'm sorry to whomever I owe credit. It's a really nice large map.

I had done a lot more to the airport, but SC4 decided to crash before I decided to save.

Downtown south of King Street. As you can see, the only bat that's actually of a building from Toronto is Simcoe place.

CN Tower and the Rogers Centre. Yeah, it had a facelift.

Where I hope those pretty glass condos will be erected.

Nice start. On the question of bats, there are a few Toronto bats around. Most of them, however, are only on the Maxis exchange. Almost all of the downtown skyscrappers were done. There are also a few Toronto bats on the stex too. I have done Sam the Record Man and I'm pretty sure Scotia Plaza and City Hall are on there as well. 6459978, who did Simcoe Place, also did the Symphony. On the smaller scale although not specifically from Toronto I have also done a branch of each of Canada's five major banks. More generically, you should check out Jasoncw's work since a lot of his older style buildings could easily fill in as some of Toronto's older buildings. Anyway, hope this helps. Good luck.

bahaahahahahah..no offense man but this looks like its gonna be terrible. I admire you for ttying though. Of the many cities ive recreated i'd say Toronto was the most difficult. took me about a year but ive managed to create the most realistic city to date. I would post a pic but i cant figure out how. Mind telling me?

oh and i forgot to mention..there are Toronto buildings available in the ST-Exchange and at SImCity4 official site. I have the Bank on Montreal tower, the CIBC tower, The Bank of Nova Scotia, the golden RBC building, The Eaton Centre, Union Station, Those 2 green TD buildings, The TD Centre, an accurate Gardiner Expressway, and many, MANY various other buildings. If you would like me to upload them to simtropolis lemme know.

Has anyone gotten One King Street West to work? The model that I got (from the simcity exchange) seems to be of the Dominion Bank Tower.

Nice start, Toronto should be a fun city to build.

I've never tried it in SC4, but I did attempt it in SC2000, many years ago. Never got very far into it, mind you.

Scotia Plaza by motina

Great work so far, I think that you should use the small version included with the Whitehall Commerce Center that you have downloaded for Commerce Court.  It would look a little more realistic than having a big garden that doesn't exist there.  But other than that, good work.

PS: I think a crappy version of First Canadian Place is on the SimCity.com Exchange.

Nice Rogers Centre alternative.. Beats what I used..

Shpangler Arena was released a couple days ago and would probably make a good ACC alternative... same with NDEX ITS Baron Cross Station for Union.

I see that you've placed the high-rise landmarks already and zoned in between the empty spaces already. But be careful about those empty zones. They may not grow the way you want...

Apart from that, I like how you tackled the CN tower and placed its stadium counterpart next to it.

Can I suggest that a mod lock this until such time as the original author comes back? This is about the third time that this one has been resurected and right now it's obviously going nowhere.
