You should try to get a Nashville map of accurate size to build the city on. I use to live down there a few years ago and it can be quite a challenge with its terrain the city was plopped onto.

This ought to be cool, I'm from Memphis and it would be nice to see a CJ of Tennessee's capital. Can't wait to see more but I know it will be a long thought out process so I'll be patient.

You'll probably have to improvise, save for the Bellsouth Bldg. I wish we had a TN capitol though.
