This has been happening since I installed the ep1 update or whatever from Simcity.com. I deleted all terrain mods from my plugins folder, and got the same problem as you see above. The above picture is what should just be a vanilla rendering of the map. I think it may be the update that does this, but I was wondering if anyone else knew.

    XP SP2

    AMD 3500

    Geforce6800gt

    Gig ram...

I'd post my Dxdiag in a code box, but the code box here isn't a nice convienent slider box.

if i am correct this is the resolution bug. try setting it 1280x1024 instead of 1600x1200. i just learned of this 2-3 days ago and that was the problem and the resolve.

try rendering it again after u fix the resolution. i believe its only cosmetic and doesn't effect your city tiles at all, and only happens to large tiles.

yep your right Dadyrghluv...that be the high resolution glitch (at 1600x1200)...no fix i ever heard of besides dropping down rthe resolution like you say opening the city and saving it....it's ugly...but is only a eyecandy glitch...the cities will play normally...you can leave it if it doesn't bother you...just won't see the proper  city to city connection where it appears
