I love how green your cities are! The garden in the first pic in this update is spectacular! Did you make it (and the other one I saw in another pic)? And also I really like the building in the third pic in the first update on this page. I thought I'd seen everything, but I've never seen that before. I'm definitely taking inspiration from here when I'm building 9.gif

I don't say this enough, but your work is inspiring BlondeTwiggy! You last few updates have been stunning and very creative. Excellent job with not only your cities, but your photoshopping skills as well.

I should frequent this CJ more often! Its been a while since I've been here.

Best,

-Haljackey

One of the things I love about your towns. You put alot of greenery in them. Plus, the variety of buildings you put together. Great work Twiggs...

That update was needed and I loved it. I have to start "A cinnabon" soon but I have some work to do before releasing it. Anyways good work in la aldea 9.gif

See you later, I am going to watch mythbusters right now (los cazadores de mitos)

Awesome pics I love your suburbs and more dense areas. Can I ask where do you get all these gardens like in picture 1?

Benedict:  Thanks, that plaza is one of my favorites too!

Jill Jacobs: Oh, thanks! 43.gif  I didn't make that plaza (hah, I wish I had those lotting skills!).  That is actually by BLaM French Connections.  I don't think the link works for search results, sorry, just type in the name and their work should come up.  The one in the first picture is the Parc de la Concorde, one of my favorites.  That third embassy is the Carlton House by onlyplace4.  Hope those links were helpful!  Thanks for stopping by.  4.gif

    Leech10:  Here is more!  3.gif

haljackey:  Thank you so much!  43.gif  9.gif

Zelgadis:  That would be fabulous, if only I could find my flag URL.  3.gif  Oh,  here it is (yay for the search topic tool!)   I am eternally grateful.

anarchy0029:  Hehe, thanks, I love greenery indeed.  4.gif  I appreciate your comments!

asturianu:  Hmmm, I wonder why they look familiar?  Hehe thanks for stopping by amigo mío!  los cazadores de mitos?  I'm assuming that's "the buster of myths"?  Jajajaja too great.  See ya later!

suplado!:  Thanks, great to see you again!  9.gif

penguin007:  That is by BLaM French Connections!  I'm not entirely sure if the link to search results works so search BLaM French Connections and their plazas should come up.  9.gif

dmscopio:  Thanks for commenting!!  Glad you enjoyed the torch relay.

Ah, not as much green space in this update as usual. But still lovely nonetheless. 9.gif

As for your flag, would you like me to make it as just a prop or would you prefer that I put it on a lot of some kind? If you would like me to lot it to, please let me know either here or by PM how you would like it. (i.e., how big, grassy or plaza, etc.)

Melville looks beautiful. I love the variety of buildings you have put together. I like the use of the raise park. It stands out better.

Melville is looking like a nice place to live. I especially like the W2W district with the diagonal buildings. I never really thought much of the raised park set, but after seeing it here, I think I'll give it a try. Keep the pics coming!

Mate, I don'y usually comment as I am a 5* lurker, but I am loving there diagonal/hexagonal street themes.

Even if I try not too, I just fall in to the trap of 'Grid City' every time.

    Well played, sir.

Here is a teaser from my newest city, called New Dawn9.gif  Hopefully it will tease you enough to come back for the full update.  3.gif

    Zelgadis:

Yeah, Melville is a little denser. Thanks for making me a flag lot!  4.gif

Beebs:  Hmm, and I think I’ve missed another one (or two...or three...) of yours as well. 3.gif Haha, they looked planned out, but that doesn’t mean they are!  Usually I just drag roads and streets any way I feel like.  3.gif  Thanks for visiting, beebeth!

Anarchy0029:  Thank you! That was my first time to make a raised park, I’m glad you noticed it.

Leech10:  Thanks for your comments, Leech!

Dsrwhat316:  Thanks, glad you liked the diagonal W2W!  It looks cool but is hard to make lol.  Well, plop I mean, I didn't make the BATs obviously.  Yeah, I just got that new raised park set, and had to play around with it a little of course!  That was my first attempt at making one.  Thanks for commenting!

Cerpin Taxt:  Wow, you aren’t kidding, 18 posts in over 3 years! O_o I’m glad you decided to comment here!!  Yeah, I used to be a grid addict too 3.gif  But you can break the habit!!  Hehe thanks for your comment.

penguin007:  Thank you!  Have fun with the plazas.  9.gif

suplado!:  Thanks!  I'm glad you liked the park in the first pic.

    jacqulina:  Thank you! 9.gif

I had been lurking all the time but never posted, I guess. Your settings look all very nice and unique. I think there is not one corner in your cities that looks like another someplace else. That's what always impressed me in your journal. In your latest update, I like the mix of styles and the diagonals.
