A little mini update, before Dunstan... lol, Glenni gave me this lot for his new home, so I decided to tell you about it in a little story.

Unfortunately, our friend Glenni has not been doing too well financially in Tierra.  He now lives in a junky lot overflowing with old moving boxes and walks through the town of Sommerfugl, admiring his graffiti handiwork on nearby low-wealth buildings.  The lot is sandwiched between a shady subway station and a rapidly growing commercial sector. 

Although he has not applied to get a nearby job, Glenni seems to be content with his lot in life.  (Pun not intended... )

Occasionally in the evenings he will sneak into the newly-built soccer stadium on the outskirts of the town to watch a good game.

I really like how you manage the tree plantation you have there inside the development and I think it looks wuite impressive and pleasant Twiggs, plus Dunstan itself has the profile of being a great real-estate business centre.

Anyway, your last update was simply amazing! The picture that giligone pointed out does have some nice detail showcased in it, and I really like the downtown pics with all the details and green that you have instilled in it. I look forward to more! Seriously, NOW! LOL

cityhawk: lol!! and very disconnected roads, I connected them tho later, and zoned it all for commercial.  (and for some reason my commercial is not growing very well even with super demand mod ) Yeah i liked that pic too, I thot it was cool for some reason.  im glad you like downtown too.  Dont worry there will be an update soon.  i think.. lol
