I would suggest using Pegasus' CDK lots then... not only do they look fantabulous, they come in several styles, integrate with CDK ferry ports, etc and some styles are self levelling. The visual effects are denser, and I think that you should instead use those. Marrast's embankments are very good imo, but I do feel they don't have all the ritz a marina area has... Peg's lots are colourful and filled with activity.

Search the ST Exchange for 'Pegasus' or 'CDK'.
