i dont know if it's the good forum...

just,i paid for the stex collector for more than 1 month...

i saw they had a probleme with the dvd...

but i didnt receive any mail to excuse,to explain on what will happen,or to ask me to repay...

my money has been taken...thats the only thing...

to receive money, people are strong,but for the rest i m still waiting...

We will receive our disks in due time - unfortunately it is only one person who is sending them out, and he has quite the work list.

Trust me - we will receive our disks. We will just have to be patient.

You didn't "buy" your dvd. You donated and recieved a GIFT. It isn't sold, that would be against ST rules itself. This is one of the biggest forums on the internet, with 100000+ users. Dirk wouldn't lie to you. Then he would be lieing to 10000 people.

I don't mind waiting a while to receive my "gifts."  I'm unemployed and on disability and have nothing but time on my hands, so I've learned to wait patiently for everything.  And, I just "donated" Tuesday.  The question I have is whether or not ST actually received my donation.  PayPal said the $$ went to some "Non-U.S. - Verified" person named "Dat Pham."  The e-mail address for the donation was listed as paypal@simtropolis.com so I am assuming that ST actually did get my money.  If this is not correct I wish someone in authority at ST would please contact me.  Or should I pm dirk??  I just would like to know that ST DID get my $$ and I WILL get my CD\DVD gift someday.
