Hello Mayors;

    I having an issue with downloading lots to SC4 for my city. When I go and download a lot, It takes me directly to donate window. I tried download Sam Club and Target. But wont let me 
unless I donate. What's going On?

Did you go to the bottom of the window and click the link that says that you don't want to donate? Or, if you did, did you click the link that says that you are having trouble getting past that window?

I've discovered the problem. The Stupid Pop-up Blocker was preventing me from downloading. It thought It was a unwanted window lol. So, I just turned off my blocker when I come in here and download these lots. However, thanxs for the advice. I hate those popup blockers sometimes LOL. But have to have them to stop those junk ads LOL.

There are nu junk ads here, and if you use e.g. Firefox with the "NoScript" extension, you can have site-specific settings - nothing permitted on unknown sites, everything on on Simtropolis etc.

If it is Internet Explorer, then you need to follw this instructions. I broke it down for simplicity.

Go to Tools, then click internet options.

Click the Privacy tab.

Now click 'settings'

type the site on the box under 'Address of web site to allow'.

Click 'add'.

Click close, then click OK.
