Well, I got inspired by a post in the modding requests thread, and started doing a little research in the DAT files. Now, I've found the tutorial LUA scripts, and I'm using that as a base to find the rest.

Things I still need to find out to start modifying a tutorial:

How the game knows what city contains the tutorial.

How to modify the DBPF files, and decode the Unknowns in there. (This'll be hard...)

Just to point out that. C0A# instances are proposed for my alternate streetlights, possibly to split the motorway ones from road and street $$ ones. The TGIs here reminded me of this.

Most tutorial text files are found in the Locale DAT file.

    Anyway, what I'm currently doing is figuring out how the LUA files work... shouldn't be too hard since I already know a lot of script languages.
