Rush hour? Yes, of course, it's 100% worth it. Not only do you get another tileset from maxis (the euro tileset), you get avenues, and multiple other transport networks.

But not only that, but you're able to use all of the custom content that's on the STEX, which is A LOT of stuff.

An emphatic YES! It's a totally different experience. The optional NAM and STEX additions alone are worth it.

I've heard of problems with the Rushour expansiopn pack, but i can't say since i have SC4 Deluxe Edition. I've never had a problem with Deluxe and i recomment it.

The patches work...well the first one does...the Lot patch for bats didn't work....cuase the stupid Simcity site is down....

and cuase i also tried downloading it last year and it didn't work...but the nightlight patch for the BAT works...

anyway go for deluxe it rules...why just buy another one when you can get everything you need with two disks...

Rush Hour = Deluxe

SC4 does not work properly unless you get Rush Hour or Deluxe and apply all available patches.

I have the deluxe so I can't not have rush hour. But I couldn't imagine not having the features like avenues and such cool things as that. So, go right now and buy it!

Well most of the custom content on the exchange on this site, requires Rush Hour.

It so been cheap now. I just board an extra copi of the Deluxe package (SC4 + RH) for 14€, just in case...
