Looking for this

Hey guys, I'm building a Hsr through one of my cities. I saw a picture that looked awsome. Well I will get to my point, could some one possiably give me a link for the grass wall next to the HSR track (look at the image below). I know its not just a grass lot on a hill, I had the file before and never could find it again. I searched through 96 pages on the stex looking for it with the parks section. Didn't find anything. Can anyone help me out?
