Crashing

As soon as i get a black screen to start loading the game it crashes back out of it and creates a log file. here is what is says:

Can anyone help me resolve this? i just redone my computer about a week ago and it worked before. i am not sure what is differant... please help

The only thing that strikes me right away is that with 2GB of memory your virtual memory should be set to a fixed size of 4096MB.

I'd say your symptoms mean you have some plugin conflict ... have you put in some new mod's?

you mentioned that you redid your computer a week before. what exactly did you change, and has SC4 worked at all after that change?

i reloaded windows xp media center edition 2005. the entire thing got redone... it worked fine before. i hate to say this but i got an illegal copy from someone with a cd crack that does not make me keep the cd in. i am thinking that may be the reason why it is working, however, it worked about a week ago. i went to go and buy the real thing because i think it is out at 20 bucks now but i could not find it at wal-mart. i will try and take all my plugins out and see if it will work. thanks guys though....

Most Targets have a copy in their game sections. Also, I believe that Circuit City still carries it.
