Please help save me 45 minutes!

So, I downloaded one of PEG's water mods the other day (awesome, BTW) to replace the dark blue water mod. Only then do I realize that to update the region view, I have to open and save every single city tile! I have a good sized region, so that would take forever! Any other way to do this?

Oh, and one more thing: Is it possible to have different terrain/water colours for different regions?

For the terrain question, It is possible, but you may have to swap DAT files to the correct terrain to play the region which should have that terrain. Try renaming terrain modd files after your region like 'SeaModd_Region' or 'GroundModd_Region' so you can swap quickly. It will do wonders for the... err... productivity?
