But i don't understand how to connect rail and tramway/GLR or monorail and tramway ?

Help me please !!!

select GLR and TAB through the options till you come to GLR <-> EL Rail Transition. GLR can only be connected to EL-Rail as it is a ground-based version of EL-Rail.

Is there a dedicated tramway stop? and if yes, where can I find it?

search the STEX for GLR. you should get a few results. not a lot of GLR stations exist, but you can find quite a variety among those that do.

There are plenty. Look on the STEX at "tram". or "VesterDK", he made a nice pack of different trams.
