region downloading help

after i find the region map that i want to download when i press ctrl-shift-alt-R, i click on the region, and it says, Region bitmap is 0x0, sould be 1025x1025. how can i make it to 1025x1025?

sounds like your missing the correct config map for the particular Jpeg. Double check the STEX see if there is a custom config map with the map and put the config.bmp in your folder

I do believe 1025x1025 is a standard map (not 100% sure), but a standard map is 16x16 small cities, or 8x8 med cities or 4x4 large cities. or some cobination of mixed cities that equals the above mentioned ratio

if the region bitmap is 0x0, you're either selecting the wrong file, or the file got corrupt during download.

it is not clear from your original post whether you have actually stored the map on your system.  I suggest you review Mallow the Cloud's tutorial on this.
