Nice classic shots of lower income urban C & R.  Where did the smoke/steam/fog(?) come from.  I also looked at your introduction; Novaya Tulsk really came across as almost RL country!  I felt tempted to look it up on Map Quest!

Thanks All! Really lot of comments and that's well appreciated. So I've started to build Novaya Tulsk's Kremlin (citadel in russian). It's basically a old historic forteress built near 500 years ago. Today the government is almost entirelly there and the State Secretary, actually Frank Zim Makia, has his summer residence there (in winter he is in NT's Winter's Palace). So let's start:

Well thanks all! But I have to say that I think this isn't making enough like a real Kremlin.

So what you guys think about building thoses walls instead. They are more red so looks more like real kremlin:

I thought it is a penninsula. But it looks more better. Tiny islands and it is over-populated . Micro-community in S, because I can't see any port, so there should be enough jobs for those few.
